Introduction: Why Every Step Matters
In the global piping industry, a flange is not just a component—it’s a promise. A promise of strength, precision, and reliability. At Elite Piping Manufacture Co., Ltd., we believe that excellence is not only forged in steel but also in the unseen details: inspection, marking, packaging, and documentation. These finishing touches ensure that every flange we ship is ready to perform.
Inspection: The First Line of Assurance
Before a flange leaves our facility, it undergoes a strict quality inspection process. Our QC team conducts:
Dimensional Inspection: Ensuring every flange complies with ASME, DIN, EN, or GOST standards.
Visual & Surface Checks: Detecting cracks, burrs, rust, or other surface defects.
Material Verification: Confirming chemical composition and mechanical properties using MTRs (Material Test Reports).
Special Requirements: If NACE compliance or special treatment is requested, each flange is tested accordingly.
✅ Result: Only flanges that meet 100% of the technical and visual standards proceed to the next step.
Marking: Identification You Can Trust
Each flange is marked with precision, using either stamping or laser engraving. The marking typically includes:
Manufacturer’s logo
Nominal size and pressure rating
Material grade (e.g., ASTM A105, A182 F316)
Standard (e.g., ASME B16.5)
Heat number
NACE or other special designations (if applicable)
Marking is not just identification; it is traceability. Clients can trace each flange to its origin, production batch, and test reports.
Packaging: Where Care Meets Craftsmanship
The last step before delivery is one of the most crucial—packaging. At Elite Piping, we take packaging seriously because we understand the risks during international transportation.
Standard Packaging Includes:
Plywood cases or fumigated wooden pallets
Plastic film wrapping for moisture protection
Edge guards to prevent damage during stacking
Labels & QR codes for quick identification and tracking
For clients with special requests, we also provide customized packaging, such as individual wrapping, anti-corrosion oiling, or marking in local languages.
Documentation: More Than Paperwork
With each shipment, we provide a complete documentation package, which typically includes:
Packing list
Commercial invoice
Material Test Reports (MTRs)
Certificate of origin (if needed)
Inspection reports and third-party certificates (upon request)
All documents are reviewed to ensure smooth customs clearance and easy product reception by end users.
