There are three types of flange-sealing surface

Pay attention to the stainless steel flange connection. Flange manufacturers generally use bolts on the two planes to connect and close the connecting parts at the same time, such as the connection of ventilation pipes. Such parts can be called “flange parts”. When the water pump and valve are connected to the pipeline, some parts of this equipment are also made into corresponding flange shapes, also known as flange connections. Common integral flanges include flat welding flanges and welding flanges.

There are three types of flange sealing surfaces:

The flat sealing surface is suitable for occasions where the pressure is not high and the medium (the decisive substance) is non-toxic;

Concavo-convex sealing surface, suitable for occasions with slightly higher pressure;

The tongue and groove sealing surface is suitable for occasions with flammable, explosive, toxic media and relatively high pressure.

Stainless steel flanges are used for pipes or equipment with pressure higher than 10MPa. With forged flanges, stainless steel flanges, carbon steel flanges, welded flanges, and flat welded flanges, our factory has reliable quality and sells well at home and abroad. Welding flanges with the neck are used in the connection of steel pipes whose nominal pressure does not exceed 2.5MPa. The sealing surface of welding flanges can be made into lubricated type, high-low type or tongue-and-groove type.

Lubricated welding flanges are widely used, and the other two types of welding flanges are also relatively common in use. deficient-Pressure pipelines can use wire flanges and welding flanges with pressures greater than 4 kg. Add sealing points within the two flanges, immediately after tighten with bolts.
