What are the requirements for the production of stainless steel flange connection air ducts?
1) The welding seam of the stainless steel flange of the air duct should be well fused and full, without false welding and holes; the allowable deviation of the flatness of the flange is 2mm, and the screw hole arrangement of the same specification flange processed in the same batch should be consistent and have mutual change sex.
2) When the air duct and the stainless steel flange are connected by riveting, the riveting should be firm, and there should be no riveting or missing riveting; the flanging should be flat and close to the flange, and its width should be consistent and not less than 6mm; There should be no cracks and holes at the four corners.
3) When the air duct and the stainless steel flange are connected by welding, the end face of the air duct shall not be higher than the plane of the flange interface. The air duct of the dust removal system should adopt the form of full welding on the inside and intermittent welding on the outside, and the distance between the end face of the air duct and the plane of the flange interface should not be less than 5mm.
When the air duct and the flange are fixedly connected by spot welding, the solder joints should be well fused, and the distance should not exceed 100mm; the flange and the air duct should be close together, and there should be no penetrating gaps or holes.
4) When carbon steel is used for the flange of the stainless steel plate or aluminum plate air duct, anti-corrosion treatment should be done according to the design requirements; rivets should be made of the same material as the air duct or materials that do not produce electrochemical corrosion.
